What do you offer that I can't do myself?

My goal is to help you get started and move past that overwhelming feeling  


Organizing and decluttering doesn’t come naturally to everyone—or maybe it does for you, but you just need an extra pair of hands, someone to help you stay focused, or an accountability partner. 


By working together, I’ll listen to your needs and what’s not working, so we can create a more organized solution that saves you time and potentially money. With a fresh perspective, I can see your spaces in new ways and offer ideas you might not have considered.


My goal isn’t just to organize your things into containers—it’s to help you identify what’s essential and arrange those items in a way that’s functional and aligns with your lifestyle.


Will you judge me? Is the process confidential?

No judgment here! I’m here to help you. Whether it’s minor clutter or major chaos, I see them simply as challenges to be solved so you can feel better in your space. 


Confidentiality is a top priority. I’ll always ask for your permission before sharing any Before and After photos of your space or any testimonials about your experience with WOW! Organized!

Will you make me get rid of everything?

Absolutely not. My goal is to be your coach, guiding you with helpful questions and offering support as you make decisions about the items you keep, love, and use. I’ll help you feel empowered to let go of things you’re holding onto for the wrong reasons. Together, we’ll work through the decluttering process, deciding what to keep and what to remove.

Do I need to prepare for an appointment?

Not at all for the initial consultation. I need to see the space as it is to make an accurate assessment of your challenges. Rest assured, there's no judgment from me—I’ve seen it all.  In some cases, we may create a plan of action together, which could include some "homework" for you to work on between appointments.

What does it cost?

Pricing includes up to one-hour round trip drive time. removal of up to one vehicle-load of donations per work session, product recommendations, and follow-up summary email.

  • On-site work sessions are $250 for a three-hour appointment.
  • If you prefer to pay on an hourly basis, that rate is $85/hour.
  • Consultation for the D.I.Y.er who needs a plan, wants to learn the basics of organizing,  and have accountability and coaching is $179 for 1.5 hours.  Includes a follow-up plan, ideas for recycling/donating items and e-mail communication.
  • Prices for multi-organizer projects, such as unpacking and organizing a new home, are provided upon request.
  • Mileage may apply beyond the Denver area.

Payment is due at the end of each appointment. We accept checks, cash and payments through Zelle.

How long will it take?

The time needed to complete an organizing project can vary based on several factors.  For example, more time may be required if another space needs to be reorganized to accommodate items removed from the main area, or if the client's energy level or decision-making ability fluctuates during the process.


On the other hand, the time required can be reduced if the client works on "homework" assignments between appointments, as discussed with the Organizer. I will be able to assess early on if significant adjustments to the projected time are needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a client needs to reschedule or cancel for any reason other than an emergency:  

  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

What are your policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses?

WOW! Organized! LLC is dedicated to ensuring the safety of both our clients and our team, while maintaining a high standard of service.


  • We will only visit your home or office if we are feeling healthy, and we ask the same of everyone at your location.
  • If anyone at your location is unwell, has been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, or has recently traveled to areas where exposure risks are higher, we kindly ask that clients reschedule their appointment.
  • Per CDC guidelines, if you or your family members are not vaccinated, we request that face coverings be worn if you plan to be in the same room as our team members.
  • We will practice social distancing and aim to maintain a 6-foot distance from your family.
  • Additionally, we will use gloves, disinfectant wipes or sprays, and hand sanitizer to clean any surfaces we come in contact with.
